Big news! Starting my own candle business | First collection : Autumn candle line

Oh hey, there you are! I know it’s been a while since I was here but so you know you can always catch up with me on my YouTube or my Instagram. These past 2 years weren’t as we all expected or planned which is also the case for me. I shared in one of my previous posts about this which you can read right here. So I decided to move on from the sadness and start a new chapter in my life. I created a YouTube video that you can watch by clicking here, which made me realise how much I love making candles. Whilst I explained in my latest video that I made a few errors as that was the first time I ever touched anything to do with candle making.

It’s a long and tedious process to learn everything about the entire process how to melt the wax, cool it and make it look or smell like a candle. While it’s not too complicated it can be a tricky task to get the technique right. So to summarise it all this is where I have been for the past couple of months. Pouring cooling candles while learning a lot through these past months.

When the idea of creating and starting my own candle business popped into my mind I knew this will be a long journey so the earliest I will able to launch is going to be Autumn.
This is why I wanted a delicate floral fragrance with crisp sweet fruity green notes.
This welcoming fragrance marks the change in season.
Pear & Freesia-The essence of Autumn.
I’m so glad and excited for you all to welcome my first candle.
Fresh and autumnal, with the scent of just-ripe pears and delicate white freesias.
Pear in the moment of perfect ripeness has a crispy structure of the skin and juicy fruit.
Cool white freesias imbue the heart of the fragrance with a delicate yet distinctive scent.

All of my candles and products are lovingly created in my home studio, made with eco-friendly high-quality soy wax. Soy wax is made from environmentally friendly, renewable resources. Vegan friendly and cruelty-free. Soy wax burns on average 40-50% slower than paraffin wax, resulting in long-lasting candles and giving you better value for money.
I also used Eco Wick which is a high-quality wick. To make sure the candle smells lovely and it burns evenly.

Regarding my design. As this is my first candle I wanted to create a signature candle that is stylish, simple and elegant all at the same time. To achieve this I picked a black and white design.
This way my candle looks beautiful in any home as well as being a lovely gift. It comes in a beautiful white gift box, making it a special treat or gift.

You can shop my candle right here. Hope you all will enjoy it as much as I enjoyed creating it.
Thank you for all your support.

A little friendly reminder, Never leave burning candles unattended.
For the best performance, trim the wick to 5 millimetres after every use. The wick should always look short and upright for a clean burn. Allow the wax to fully melt to the edge of the glass before extinguishing to prevent tunnelling.
Each burn should not exceed 4 hours.
After use, you can clean your candle jar by filling it with hot water. Any remaining wax will solidify once cool and can be easily removed.
*Please note, as every candle is hand-poured there may be slight variations in the finished product.
Our finished candles burn cleanly and slowly, infusing the room with scent.
