Super Easy and Delicious Acai Bowl Recipe

I love a healthy and easy recipe for breakfast because I'm really not a morning person. On top of that, I need all the extra boost I can get in the morning, so I will be ready and full of energy for the rest of the day.
This is why I love this recipe, it's incredibly simple to make, and it's healthy. Plus, tastes awesome it sort of has dark chocolate after taste.
Many food bloggers have been making their version of this tasty breakfast treat for the past year or so, which made me create my own favourite one.

Acai bowls are super popular for breakfast, so I'm pretty sure you all know what they are.
But do you know what acai berries do for you?

Acai berries are rich in antioxidants too like every other berry. This means they contribute against cancer, diseases and ageing.

They help to boost immunity.

On top of that, they are rich in fibre, protein and healthy fats.

As they accelerate metabolism, they help you to lose weight.

Acai berries help you to take care of all your hair, nail, and skin problems.

How to make acai bowl:

Ingredients:
Base:
1 handful of frozen berry mix
1 banana, frozen-peel and put the banana into the freezer for two hours.
Acai puree: 2 tsp of acai powder with 4 crushed ice cubes into the blender and blend it.
3-4 tbsp oats
1/2 cup soy milk/oat milk/coconut milk
1 tsp maple syrup or honey for non-vegans

Ingredients :
Garnish it as you wish.

My Toppings are :
toasted flaked almonds
Chopped roasted almonds
Sliced strawberries
passion fruit
raspberry
blackberries

Instructions:

Add all the ingredients for the base to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Pour the acai base into two bowls and top with desired toppings.

Please note:
This is not an every morning recipe with all the toppings mentioned above. If you wish to make, acai bowl more often try to limit yourself to one or two items with the toppings. Don't forget whatever you add to your acai bowl is entirely up to your taste. However, it can lead to eating more unnecessary calories.

Tip:
Always opt for fresh fruit instead of store-bought frozen ones. Just freeze your freshly bought fruits before use.

As you see, making an acai bowl is really easy.
