I'm not one of that cheerful, happy song singing morning person and I live in the same rushing world as you are, but I still find some time to make and eat a healthy breakfast every single morning, so if I can do that so as you. By now you should know how important breakfast is, which means there is no excuse for leaving without getting a nice, healthy breakfast in you. Breakfast provides the body and brain with fuel after an overnight fast, this is where the name is originated. Breaking the fast.
