Easy Glass Vase Upcycling with chalk paint and baking soda

Easy Glass Vase Upcycling with chalk paint and baking soda

I had these simple glass vases all around my house and while Carl literally was begging me to throw them all out, thinking I do not need them I just couldn’t bring myself to that. I always tend to find the potentials in things that other people might throw away. I just knew that one day somehow I will find a use for it.

One day while I was browsing through TikTok I found this recipe for paint and baking soda to get a textured look and I’m not going to lie since that day I have been dying to try it out myself.

Well, the day has officially come.

I had a few leftover Annie Sloan chalk paint in the garage from other projects, you find my recent DIYs right here and baking soda in the kitchen now all I needed is some dirt. I planned to go to B&Q to pick up a few things so I bought some flower soil for this project too and these were all the supplies I needed for this easy craft.

I did an entire video tutorial over on my YouTube channel. Click on the play button to watch.

I hope you enjoyed this quick and easy home decor craft.

Hope to see you next time.
